High School Programs

AmSkills is embedded in the CTE program at Anclote High School, in Tarpon Springs, FL. We partner with Pasco County Schools to provide the IGNITE program. IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing is a 4 year high school curriculum that is built for access via an online LMS that engages students with eLearning, simulations, and reinforced in the classroom with technical hands-on activity.

During this program, students have the opportunity to earn 7 credentials and graduate with certifications ready to be featured on their resume.

To complement this program, AmSkills works with our partners in providing access to local manufacturers with plant tours and field trips.

AmSkills is working with Pasco County to bring this program to more schools in the Tampa Bay Area, and our future plans include Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

Core Classes

Home School Programs

Class Source, a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, has partnered with AmSkills to bring vocational training to our homeschool community. Similar to our high school program, students will be offered access to the 4 year high school curriculum offered by SACA.

AmSkills has structured the Home School CTE program to follow a 16 week semester, however the students retain the ability to follow the course in a self-paced fashion. Online curriculum is reinforced in a face-to-face setting with an AmSkills Technical Instructor and hands-on technical activities at a local campus with Class Source. For the 2025-2026 school year, classes will continue at AmSkills Workforce Innovation Center in Holiday, FL

In this Registered Pre-Apprenticeship program, students will be offered the following courses and they can test to achieve the micro-credentials.
