All participants who successfully complete the Bootcamp will receive a Certificate of Completion and will be guaranteed job interviews with multiple employers on the final day.

J Standard Soldering Certification

• The preeminent authority for electronic assembly worldwide
• Consists of both lecture and practical hands-on to validate understanding of the standard and putting requirements to use on circuit boards
• Addresses materials, methods and verification criteria for the production of high-quality soldered leaded and lead-free assemblies
• Certification is required in most products used in military, medical, specialized high end designs classified as critical Class 3 production

IPC 610 Soldering Certification

• The most widely used inspection standard for assembled PCBs in the electronics industry
• The electronics manufacturing industry’s leading standard available in many languages.
• Specifies industry classification acceptance criteria for Class 1, 2 and 3 products
• Used by OEM & EMS organizations as primary inspection document

Amatrol Regional Training Center – Instructor Training

This course is for college, industry, vocational, high school, and university level instructors.

Basic Programmable Controllers: AB CompactLogix L16

Students will learn basic principles of RS Logix 5000 Mini PLC programming software as well as controller operation. Specific topics include: establishing communications, controller file development and configuration, basic controller operation, creating and configuring tags, ladder logic programming, I/O interfacing, and program development. Basic program commands covered include: XIO, XIC, OTE , timer, counter, program organization, math and data move instructions. Attendees will learn through a combination of individualized, hand-on learning with CompactLogix controller trainers and group instruction of concepts and principles.

Foundation Technologies

Attendees will explore each technology and the learning materials associated with it. The course will also cover how to track skills as well as how to apply these technologies in a variety of situations such as preparing students for a certification exam like MSSC’s certified production technician. Attendees will learn through a combination of individualized, hands-on learning with trainers in each technology and group instruction of concepts and principles.

Adult Pre-Apprenticeship

The Pre Apprenticehsip is a Florida Department of Education (FDOE) Registered program that allows the participant to explore the manufacturing industry and career paths before committing to a full Apprenticeship program. This course covers a wide range of advanced manufacturing topics including safety, basic hand tools, measurement, print reading, and the fundamentals of mechanical, fluid power, electrical, and automation. The certification offered is the Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) C-101 Basic Operations.

SACA C-101 Certified Industry 4.0 Associate – Basic Operations

This introductory credential prepares individuals to succeed in modern production environments. This course covers a wide range of advanced manufacturing topics including safety, basic hand tools, measurement, print reading, and the fundamentals of mechanical, fluid power, electrical, and automation.
